Karen Martin, CEO
Karen Martin is a career investment banker with significant experience in consumer products. Most recently, she was Managing Director at BMO Capital Markets. During her 26-year career, she championed mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance for public and private mid-corporate clients. Prior to joining BMO Capital Markets, Karen was with Banc One Capital Markets, Inc. for 10 years. Karen has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Art from DePauw University.
David Martin, CTO
David is a 20+ year technology executive at several startups and Fortune 100, including Sun Microsystems, meHIE, AllAdvantage, IBM and Dell. His experience spans classical and quantum hardware, software research and development, and sales, delivery, and support of critical solutions in multiple industries globally. David’s expertise is end-to-end, full-stack, closed-loop, machine learning applications for actionable KPI. David has an MS in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and and a BA from the University of California-Berkeley.
Eileen Sharkey Rosenfeld, CMO
Eileen honed her ability to translate consumer wants and desires into successful business initiatives at The Kraft Heinz Company, running brands like Cool Whip and Kraft Macaroni & Cheese. Prior to Kraft Heinz, she worked in management consulting with Ernst & Young LLP in the US and Europe for five years. Eileen has an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis.
Michelle Arnold, Chief Consumer Experience Officer
Michelle is a 35-year veteran of social change, leading policy, strategy, fundraising, and program development in mid to large-scale nonprofits and the State of Illinois. She brings expertise in advocating for and justifying programs for the most vulnerable people in our society, including older adults. Most recently, she enhanced policy research at Chapin Hall. Michelle has a Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Richard Dettinger, Chief Engineer
Richard Dettinger brings a wealth of technology and start-up business experience, primarily focused on the healthcare and business intelligence domains. Recent roles include principal software architect for DrFirst (ePrescribing software solutions), as well as CTO for Brightfox (doctor job placement tracking), Aida Health (Medicare reimbursement management), and Hunhu Healthcare (healthcare care team collaboration). Richard has a Bachelors in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
